The PTC heating element with outer insulation film is a new type of PTC heater with surface insulation feature.
The structure is quite simple: a pair of metal electrodes with leads are installed on both sides of the PTC element, and the outer surface of the metal electrode is covered with insulated yellow film.
Plug the PTC heating element into a shaped aluminium tube, then after hydraulically operated, the aluminium tube (shell) touch PTC heating element tightly to transfer thermal energy quickly.
